Therapy for Catholic Women Seeking Clarity, Strength, and Real Change

A thoughtful, values-aligned approach integrating modern psychology with the Catholic understanding of identity, responsibility, and purpose.

Therapy for Catholic Women

A Place to Think Clearly, Strengthen Your Boundaries, and Reconnect With Your Purpose

Many Catholic women carry enormous responsibility.

You may be balancing marriage, motherhood, work, family expectations, and faith—all while trying to be the person everyone relies on.

From the outside, life may look successful or well-managed. But internally you may feel:

• overwhelmed by responsibility
• emotionally exhausted
• stuck in painful relationship patterns
• unsure how to set healthy boundaries without guilt
• disconnected from your own identity or purpose

Many women come to therapy because they feel like they are constantly giving—but rarely have space to reflect, process, or receive support themselves.

Therapy provides that space.

When Faith and Life Feel Out of Alignment

For many Catholic women, seeking therapy can feel complicated.

You may worry that a therapist will:

• dismiss your faith
• misunderstand the importance of marriage and family
• encourage decisions that conflict with your values

Unfortunately, this concern is not unfounded.

My work is different.

My approach integrates modern psychological science with the Catholic understanding of human dignity, responsibility, and vocation.

This allows therapy to address real emotional and relational struggles while respecting the deeper values that shape your life.

What Catholic Women Often Come to Therapy For

Women seek therapy for many reasons, including:

• feeling overwhelmed by family and work responsibilities
• navigating difficult marriage dynamics
• healing from betrayal or broken trust
• managing anxiety, stress, or emotional exhaustion
• struggling with boundaries in relationships
• navigating identity and purpose during major life transitions

Often these struggles are not simply about stress—they are about deeper questions:

Who am I becoming?
How do I care for others without losing myself?
How do I navigate suffering without becoming bitter or resentful?

These are not just psychological questions. They are human and spiritual ones.

A Different Kind of Therapy

My work draws from Systems Therapy and Existential Psychology, two approaches that focus on understanding the deeper patterns shaping your life and relationships.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, therapy explores:

• the relational systems shaping your behavior and decisions
• patterns that repeat in family, marriage, and work
• identity, responsibility, and personal freedom
• boundaries and healthy relationships
• the search for meaning and purpose

For Catholic women, integrating these insights with a deeper moral and philosophical framework often creates clarity that modern therapy alone cannot provide.

This Work Is For Women Who Want More Than “Just Talking”

Many women come to therapy after trying other approaches that felt unsatisfying.

They wanted:

• clarity
• honesty
• meaningful change

Therapy with me is thoughtful, structured, and focused on helping you understand the patterns shaping your life so you can move forward with greater stability and confidence.

About My Work

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of clinical experience and more than two decades working in the mental health field.

My work integrates systems therapy, existential psychology, and Catholic philosophical tradition to help women better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and develop greater clarity in their lives.

In addition to my clinical work, I built and led a multi-million dollar mental health organization while raising a large family. This experience has given me firsthand understanding of the pressures many women face balancing leadership, family, and personal identity.
